Thank you for the amazing via & accord masterclass. I am so glad I joined you! I particularly like accord. I've got an important client meeting tomorrow and I'm going to use that. In fact I already did, I started doing the preparation with accord. It's great to have that structure and outline!

There's a saying in yoga, ‘discipline is freedom’, and that's exactly what accord is. It's getting disciplined about your behaviours, and then you've got so much freedom. And I really appreciate the way in which you vocalised it. It was so clear and simple, it's really inspiring.
