'Safe & Free: Meeting Core Human Needs In Our Practice' is a one-day professional development workshop for coaches, leaders, and practitioners who want to bring greater depth and authenticity to their work. Whether you are new to co-creative conversation or have years of experience, this day invites you to explore what it truly means to meet others with presence, sensitivity, and care.
The following day offers a full-day mentor coaching intensive, designed for professional coaches and experienced leaders who want to go deeper. Through reflective practice and tailored feedback, you will refine your approach and grow in confidence.
If you are passionate about meaningful connection and ready to explore the subtle dynamics that shape every conversation, this weekend is for you. You will gain greater clarity, freedom, and creativity in your work, and increase your impact not only with clients and colleagues, but with all those whose lives you touch.
These events will take place in a private house close to the Platt Park district in Denver on Saturday, November 15 and Sunday November 16, 2025. The timing is 09.45 to 16.15 on both days, to allow for driving to and from the location. However, overnight accommodation can be arranged if you are coming from further afield.
• One day professional development workshop: on Saturday November 15, 09.45 to 16.15, with a 45-minute pause for lunch.
• One day mentor coaching session: Sunday November 16, 09.45 to 16.15, with a 45-minute pause for lunch.
• Accredited by the ICF: 5 CCEUs (3.25 Core Competencies hours and 1.75 Resource Development hours) and 5 mentor coaching hours to fulfil your ICF Mentor Coaching Credentialing requirements.
