Life your dance, Dance your life!

At the start of 2021, I shall throw open the virtual doors of the new LifeDance Academy (offering courses and programs) and also invite fellow coaches to join LifeDance Community (a subscription-based membership site).

Do you pour skill, sensitivity, and the power of presence into your work, catalysing metamorphosis in your clients... and yet know there is more within you, that you long to give to our troubled, beautiful world? Are you by nature hungry for learning and discovery? Do you assume responsibility for your own growth, while supporting others with theirs? Can you trust your resilience and resourcefulness, and use them to create emotional safety and financial security in times of change? Are you willing to dwell in the space between knowing and unknowing? And does your spirit soar when you discover kinship with your companions on this journey of discovery? 

My own answer to these questions is a resounding yes. And my experience of ICF CO tells me that yours may be 'yes' too. I have been touched by our togetherness, and this has nourished a vision that has long been growing within me. So, after more than 30 years as the guide and companion of many of the world's business and community leaders, I am ready to share my work more widely with my peers. I love my corporate clients. I shall continue to serve them, to connect with their concerns, to meet them on their ground and speak their language. But I also want to make my work more accessible to fellow coaches. My mentor coaching and masterclasses, and our longstanding ACTP, have all been transformational for those who took part, but they have not been easy to find and sign up for. I want to change that. So, I am inviting my peers to join me in co-creative conversation, meaningful challenge, joyful learning, and of course personal, professional and business growth. Oh, and to enjoy a cup of tea or coffee.
