Imagine...

You enter a beautiful historic building within a park in Denver, and walk into a light and spacious room.

You find yourself at the heart of a gathering of spirited professionals who are ready to extend their coaching and leadership beyond known horizons.

With Zora's expert guidance, in an atmosphere of emotional safety and intellectual challenge, you identify your blind spots, discover fresh perspectives, and explore how to build bridges between worlds

Your multiple intelligences are engaged and awakened; as well as sharpening your thinking, the workshop enlivens your somatic awareness, refines your intuition, and even encourages you to use moments of discomfort, awkwardness or uncertainty as valuable sources of information.

By the end of the day, you have embraced the fascinating complexity of our common humanity, learned a new theoretical model, and explored its application in your daily life.

You are primed to take your work to the next level of subtlety, potency and depth. And, you have new friends with whom to share the journey.

Imagine...

You step into a quiet, welcoming room in Denver and feel yourself begin to exhale. The light is soft, the atmosphere grounded, and the people around you are here to deepen their presence and lead with purpose, just like you.

As you take your seat, something in you softens. You are safe here. Free to show up as you are, without pressure.

With Zora’s gentle guidance, you drop into your body and begin to listen in new ways. You notice the subtle signals within you, the rhythms of your breath, the weight of your feet on the floor.

Through embodied practices, shared discovery, and quiet reflection, you explore what it means to meet others with presence, to sense what is needed, and to respond with clarity and care. You reconnect with your inner wisdom and learn how to move from it more fully in your work.

You speak more truthfully, listen more deeply, and remember what it feels like to lead from a place of inner steadiness.

By the end of the day, you leave with renewed confidence, deeper insight,
and the embodied experience of safety and freedom.
A felt sense you can return to again and again.

What past participants say

“Zora’s programs and LIFEdance Community have strengthened my coaching skills and developed my self-awareness immeasurably, beyond any expectations or imagined outcomes.

I was a participant in Zora’s 2022 in-person events in Colorado; this was my experience of the professional development and mentor coaching weekend. From the start of the one-day workshop, I immediately felt free and supported, as we played with the concepts, using physical and vocal expression, as well as group discussion and quiet reflection. The mentor coaching the following day built naturally on the material offered in the workshop. We put some of what we had learned into practice in brief co-coaching dyads, and Zora observed our coaching and provided kind, honest feedback. I felt encouraged to be brave and make mistakes, and to appreciate my own efforts and investment in growing my skills.

The facilitation was world class. Zora is both intentional and flexible, open to what might show up in a learning environment that will likely be challenging to the attendees. Her sense of self and purpose bring both gravitas and playfulness to her teaching.

Being with other coaches and leaders gave us some common ground, language, and understanding so we could dive deeply into the learning with a sense of ease. I felt a shared commitment to being open and non-judgmental as we stumbled and fumbled at times, ‘learning out loud’ and bringing our full selves to the experience. Over the two days, I learned so much about myself and faced some of my fears. I loved being in community with other curious learners. I loved the support and camaraderie of fellow coaches. I loved daring to show up and be seen, to be big, rather than small.

I know that if I don’t invest and engage with new tools and techniques, I won’t improve as a coach or as a human being. If you're wondering whether to join this year’s in-person events, I encourage you to take hold of this opportunity to grow. Dare to say YES!”

ADHD Coach, ACC

“I attended Zora's in-person workshops last year and even though it was not my first workshop with her, I felt like I discovered a new aspect of myself. Zora has a way to challenge your beliefs without you even knowing it's happening. Getting out of my comfort zone is not easy, and this workshop allowed me to explore how old beliefs that served me well were getting in the way of my personal journey of connection. Zora invites you to explore how you are using your energy and how it can be transformed. If you are ready for a unique and powerful experience, I encourage you to invest in yourself; it's worth it!"

Social Leadership Coach, BS, NCC

"I've worked with Zora since 2018, both for mentor coaching and her group programming. She has helped me deepen my coaching skills and even more importantly, grow as a human being. I can't wait to see her in person again."

Chris Coward

Professional Coach, MCC

"In the Fall of 2022, I intuitively knew that an internal shift was taking place within me and that the next phase of my life and career were transforming, which required some articulation. Just at the right time, I had the opportunity to join Zora’s one-day in-person workshop in Denver. Her elemental approach to leadership (earth, water, fire, air) provided me an insightful and meaningful way to reflect upon which of the four elements needed to move into the first position, to guide me with the next phase of my life and career. The inspiring workshop venue, fellow participants, interactive exercises, and emphasis on insight, enabled me to arrive to a breakthrough. I took a decision to let go and allow the element of air to confidently take the lead in my personal growth and development. Zora’s unique ability to integrate music, movement, safe sharing, and contemplation, allowed me to experience viscerally my pending transformation, which I knew cognitively, but which needed a prompting to further evolve. I continued to journal and reflect upon the outcome of the workshop and within two months, I discovered the essence of, and gave name to, the next phase, which encapsulates my life’s purpose and legacy. Life is a series of cycles, and we all need on occasion to reset, reframe and recalibrate. Zora’s one-day in-person, professional development workshop is a meaningful, productive investment of time for each participant to do so."

"When I first encountered Zora in 2020, it only took a meeting or two for me to realize that Zora has an approach unique to her and how she grounds her being. I thought to myself, “I want more of that!” Could I define 'that' at the time? No. Can I now, several group mentoring sessions, workshops and retreats later? A little bit. Zora is one of those rare people in whose company one wishes to aspire to be better, to be a receptive student, and to take risks in the presence of a teacher who will always steady a slip, should one occur. At the same time, she encourages each of us to stretch our thinking, our horizons, and grow. One of the joys of my professional life is meeting coaches who have successfully combined who they are as people with a coaching and teaching approach that is understandable, relatable, and actionable. This is part of Zora’s 'that'. With her insight - always lovingly and kindly, but directly shared - growth is what happens in Zora's presence. Take every opportunity you can to learn from this very human, lovely master."

Joanne Larson

"I had the privilege of participating in the one-day professional development workshop, followed by the group mentor coaching day, and it was truly an invaluable experience. The two days complemented each other seamlessly, providing a comprehensive and enriching learning journey. The mentor coaching gave me an opportunity to deepen the integration of my learning and receive valuable feedback in the process. Throughout this and numerous other learning experiences with Zora, I have found her facilitation and teaching to be extraordinary. In my dual role as both a workshop participant and now also a LIFEdance Team member, I have the unique “backstage” opportunity to witness and be inspired by the way Zora consistently walks her talk and embodies her teaching. Zora's approach to incorporating somatic awareness in our coaching is both powerful and unique, and her leadership perspective has been a game-changer for me, both personally and professionally. As always with Zora’s groups, the diversity of the participants added tremendous value to the experience. Each person brought their own unique perspective and background, creating a rich tapestry of co-creative learning. Since I thrive on experiential learning, being able to immediately apply what we had learned by co-coaching in a supportive environment, was immensely beneficial. Both days were packed with challenges to move beyond our comfort zones and find the courage to explore new (and in some cases neglected) dimensions of our professional development and expand our ground of being. To anyone hesitating about whether to seize this development opportunity, I wholeheartedly encourage you to take the leap; the return on investment is immeasurable! The depth of learning, combined with the immediate and ongoing applicability of the skills acquired, is truly transformative."

This prestigious award is bestowed upon individuals who have attained the recognition of their peers and the general public for the originality, practicality and impact of their ideas, and for their visionary leadership.

Creativity and innovation are at the heart of her lifelong journey of transforming leadership and leading transformation. While continuing to partner with global corporate and institutional clients, as she and her team have done for several decades, she also makes her unique approach available to the many individuals who seek to work with her directly.

Her subscription membership, LIFEdance Community, brings coaches and leaders together to refine and deepen the art of co-creative conversation. Her LIFEdance Academy provides professional Mentor Coaching, masterclasses, leadership education, and a transformational Accredited Coach Training Program. Through the cultivation of potent presence, embodied learning, timeless connection, and enlivening growth, LIFEdance programs put co-creative conversation at the heart of leadership, guided by the motto ‘Live your dance, Dance your life!’
